As a Registered Nurse, caring for others has always been a big part of who I am. My passion for skincare grew when I started taking more time to look after my own skin and make self-care a priority.

- ✦Avoid excessive heat, steam, saunas and intense exercise.
- ✦Avoid direct sun exposure and apply SPF 30–50 daily.
- ✦Avoid waxing or other facial treatments until your skin has settled.
- ✦Keep makeup minimal if your skin feels sensitive.
- ✦Mild redness or sensitivity may occur — this should gradually settle.
